He was someone's companion before becoming a breeder bird for 17 years, and hadn't been out of his cage in many of those years. Josh is a Moluccan cockatoo who really likes people, and wants to step right up onto your hand. But he might get nervous and step right back down. He's a little uncertain right now. But we think he'd get over it if he had the love of a real home. Like all Moluccan cockatoos, he's intelligent, loves friendship and interaction, and craves lots of attention.
